Crafting with Cristina's Companion Challenge #20 Cricutless

Good morning my crafty friends.

Thank you for joining us for another fun challenge at Crafting with Cristina.  The challenge this week is to make a CRICUTLESS card, l.o, or project.  This was an easy one for me because I love using digi stamps.  I just recently found the cutest lit' images at Doodle Dragon Studios and had been dying to use them.  This was the perfect opportunity....

Since I couldn't use my Cricut, I needed to decide what else I could do with my card.
I decided to distress  my papers a little bit and add some
stitching with my sewing machine.  I also added a few brads.

I colored my lit bear with Copics and
added a little bit of blue chalk around it.
Isn't he the cutest lit' thing?

The sentiment is computer generated and then cut with a ticket die.

I hope this challenges you to try something different.
Please visit Cristina and our other DT Members for some more fun ideas and inspiration.
The prize for this month is Mother's Day Bouquet Seasonal Cartridge so make sure you play along.

My Challenges:
Creative Belli blog-seamstress(stitching,buttons,pins,etc.)
Really Reasonable Ribbon-One for the boys

Thank you for coming by....

Imagine That Blog Hop

Gif Created on Make A Gif

Good Morning Everyone.

So excited that you have joined us for the Imagine That Blog Hop hosted by the super sweet and talented Sandra from 365 Days of Cricut.
You should have just arrived from her blog. If you didn't and would like to start from the beginning, then click HERE.

I was so excited to be part of this hop, not just because I love hops, but because it gave me a really good reason to use my Imagine again!! I have to admit, I haven't used it very much since I got it in January.  So I did all of my updates to the Imagine, the gypsy, linked all of my Imagine carts and started designing my project.  I have to say, it was a lot easier to design my project using the Gypsy.  So here it is...

A Card Box
I have been wanting to make a box for all of my cards for a while now,
I just hadn't had the time.
I altered a Kelloggs Frosted Flakes cereal box to make this.

All of these cuts were made with the Imagine More Cart except for the
"Create."  I cut that with Blast Off.

Here it is with some of my cards.  I think later I will go back and make some cute dividers for it.
Hope you all liked it.  I hope I have inspired you to use your Imagine more as well.  It really does make some beautiful things.  I am definitely going to use it more now that
I am a little more comfortable with it too.
Now for your next stop, you are hopping over to the amazing Monica.

Be sure to visit with all of our talented ladies and comment on each one for a chance at the Grand Prize given away by Sandra on her blog!!
The Grand Prize is a Peachy Keen and Scrappy Moms Stamp set!! WooHoo!!

Before you go, I have some delicious candy for you as well!!
I will be giving away this Newly released Cricut Plushy!
Isn't he just adorable!!
All you have to do is:
1. Be a Follower
2. Leave me a comment
For an extra entry:

Celebrate!

Happy Monday everyone,
I hope everyone had a great start to their week.  My lit boy had two teeth pulled today which was very hard to watch.  I felt so bad for my lit' guy! He's a trooper though.
So when we got home, he took a nap and I needed to release some stress......by making this:

I made this card using the Imagine with the Yummy cart.  I have to admit, I think this is my first actual card with the Imagine since I got it in January.  I really need to start using it more.  I designed it on my Gypsy first, which was also a first.  It does seem a lot easier, so I'm definitely gonna try to use it more!!

Challenges:
Paper Cutz-Anything goes
Clear It Out-Buttons
Cricut Circle-Use your Imagine
Fantabulous Cricut-Happy Birthday

Have a great Week!!

My Lazy Sunday Card

Hi Everyone,
I don't know what kind of weather you all are having, but it has been RAINING non stop in So.Cal since last night.  So with all our team sports cancelled and nothing else to do, I have been working on this cute lit' card...

I used PKS Snow Cuties for the face.
The tiny dots I made with green acrylic paint.

For the handmade flowers, I used:
Cardstock:  K&Co Designer Mat Pad
ProvoCraft Celebrations
I used 50 States cart (N.Dakota) to cut the flowers.
You can find a video tutorial for these flowers HERE.

The border punch is Martha Stewart.
The sentiment is Stampendous Perfectly Clear Stamps.

I'm gonna see if I can get another card in tonight before the day is over!! Wish me luck!!

Paper Playtime Challenge-Happy Mardi Gras

***If you are looking for the I love Lucy Blog Hop, click HERE***

Good morning my bloggy friends.

First off, let me tell you how excited I am to be on the Paper Playtime Design Team!!  I am so honored to be joining all of the fabulous and talented ladies over there.  So I couldn't wait to make my first project for them!!

Speaking of which, for this week's challenge you have a choice of 3 themes.  I went with the purple and green in honor of Mardi Gras...

This cute little bear is from The Beary Scrap.  I fell in love with this little guy since I first saw him months ago.  I finally got the nerve to give him a try.  I love how he came out, although I still need some practice with the Mulberry Paper that gives it the fluffy look.

The mask and joker's hat were cut using Designer's Calendar Cart.
I added some green feathers, little bit of bling, yellow pearls and some purple acrylic paint.

The cute flowers are Prima Fancies.  Aren't they adorable?
The sentiment is computer generated and then cut out with a ticket die cut.

Thank you all for coming by.  Make sure and head over to Paper Playtime to check out everyone's projects.  Plus, be sure to enter your own project for a chance to win some great prizes!!
Good luck everyone!!

Good Morning my Friends!
So excited you have joined us for this fun blog hop!! You should have arrived from the super talented Kich.  If you just happened to arrive here and would like to start from the beginning, then click Here to start at the beginning with Abby.
Thank you Abby for putting together this hop honoring the super amazing "Lucy."  She is hosting this hop because she is a crazy fanatic of "I Love Lucy." I don't blame her. This wonderful red-haired lady was so funny and wild.  You can't help but laugh out loud when you watch her show.  Here is a little clip of the episode that I was assigned...

So this clip was my inspiration for my project:

I tried to incorporate some of the Hollywood glitz and glamour.
I made this digital layout using Photoshop Elements.  As most of you know, I love digital layouts.
Truly my first love!! So whenever I get a chance to make one, I jump at it!!
My younger sister is also a huge Lucy fan.  I always tell her she was born in the wrong era. lol
I am going to frame the l.o. and give to her as
a gift.  She can add it to all of her memorabilia.

This digital page kit is from Scrap Matters-Unforgettable.
I just love the beautiful papers and the gorgeous elements!!

The headline was made with Everyday Metal Alphabet and Chimney Sweep Alphabet,
both from Scrap Matters.

I hope you have enjoyed my project.  Maybe some of you have been inspired to try a digital layout if you haven't yet!!

Here is a list of the goodies Abby is giving away on her blog, Scrapbookaholic by Abby.

Good morning my bloggy friends.

Thank you for joining us for another fun challenge at Flaunt It Fridays.  For this challenge we will be using the Twinkle Toes cartridge, but it can be any cut.

This is my project....

I used a clear acrylic tag to make this cute little tag.  My little niece just turned 3 and will be starting her very first dance class and I just couldn't resist using this little ballerina.  I added some glitter around the edges for a little sparkle and of course the cute little Prima flowers.  The swirls were stamped with Inkadinkado-Dot Flourishes.  Her little face is Peachy Keen Everyday Character Faces.

I'm excited to see all of your projects for this challenge.  Please go over to Flaunt It Fridays for more inspiration and ideas.  Don't forget to leave our amazing DT some love while you are there!!
